
Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska
Katarzyna Zimnicka-Jankowska is the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski, where she serves on the Audit, Risk, Strategy and IT, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She is also the Vice-Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy and a Member of the Supervisory Board of cyber_Folks. Additionally, she participates in the Risk and Nomination Committees of Bank Pocztowy and the Audit Committee of cyber_Folks. Previously, she was a member of the supervisory boards of IDS-BUD S.A., DiM Construction Sp. z o.o., and Piastowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o.
Since 2012, as part of her independent business activities, she has provided strategic and financial advisory services, including consulting on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, valuations, and efficiency analyses of investment projects. Between 2010 and 2012, she was a Member of the Management Board of PKP Intercity S.A., responsible among others, for creating and implementing the company’s strategy as well as planning and implementing key investment processes. Earlier in her career, she held managerial positions in corporate finance advisory firms such as KPMG and Pekao Access.
Katarzyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Lodz University of Technology. She holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing..
