
Krystyna Wróblewska
Krystyna Wróblewska is an attorney at law and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in building, transforming and scaling companies in the hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, HoReCa, fintech, retail and real estate sectors. From the beginning of her career she has combined legal expertise with business leadership experience enabling her to effectively support management boards and owners in implementing long-term strategies. She is a founder of travel tech VacationClub.pl – a booking platform with a database of more than 100,000 holiday offers in Poland and abroad, which she developed from scratch into a large-scale operation in international tourism and the holiday apartments segment. In parallel she co-develops the family-owned Zdrojowa Hotels holding managing a portfolio of more than a dozen hotels including properties of international brands such as Hilton, Radisson and Louvre.
Since 2015 she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Zdrojowa Hotels holding and is also a member of the supervisory boards of the startups MyRest and Tip Tip. This gives her experience both in the corporate governance of a large mature company and in working with young technology firms that require flexibility, innovation support and the building of scalable business models. She combines the legal precision of an attorney at law with the mindset of an entrepreneur having gone through the entire journey: from idea through product development and market entry to scaling.
She holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, a Master at the Warsaw School of Economics and has studied at the University of Florida. She also completed executive programs in strategic management and management accounting at the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics. Since 2015 she has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and of the Family Business Network Poland. She also serves as a Mentor in the Akces NCBR program supporting founders and startups in project commercialization and business development.
As an entrepreneur and business founder she seeks to share her knowledge with company boards particularly in the areas of growth strategy, corporate governance, new technologies and e-commerce as well as in building value in family businesses. She actively supports the development of women’s entrepreneurship and promotes inclusivity in management boards and supervisory boards contributing to the creation of modern and sustainable standards of corporate governance. She practices strategy on the tennis court and draws inspiration from travel which gives her a global perspective on business and enables her to help boards and founders think about their products on an international scale.
