Krzysztof Wasielewski
A manager with 30 years of experience in management positions on both management boards and supervisory boards. As CEO of international corporations, he developed CEE markets and participated in decision-making processes in companies across the continent.
As a board member, he worked in global companies from the wood and paper processing industry, packaging industry, chemical industry, and the bottling industry of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. He worked in Poland, Denmark, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the Czech Republic.
His experience includes building and implementing strategies, business development on existing and new markets, and change management. He gained experience in M&A processes both domestically and abroad, integrating businesses with each other and demonstrating many synergies, which then allowed him to build a strong market position. His business experience resulted in his appointment as the CEO of state-owned companies in Poland.
His many years of experience as a leader and innovator resulted in him becoming a market leader in a private family company, which he joined as CEO. It was a start-up that became a market leader.
