In 2020-2021, President of the Management Board at ELQ S.A. Then in 2016-2018 CFO at SARE S.A., in 2016 CFO at KOPEX S.A., and in 2009-2015 Vice-President of the Management Board for Economic and Financial Affairs, CFO at Tauron Polska Energia S.A. In the period 1996 – 2015, he was a member of the supervisory boards of many capital companies.
He completed his PhD studies at the Cracow University of Economics. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Katowice, postgraduate studies in Enterprise Valuation and Financial Modeling at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, postgraduate studies in the field of International Financial Reporting Standards organized by the Warsaw School of Economics and the Ernst & Young Academy of Business, as well as in the field of accounting and finance and in the field of taxes at the Warsaw School of Economics. He has the qualifications of a statutory auditor. He is a member of the Association of Expert Valuation of Enterprises in Poland.
