Lucyna Baca-Lönn

PhD in social sciences. Expert in leadership development, leadership competency audits, development programs for leaders, management board members, and supervisory board members, leadership coaching, and corporate change management. Founder and director of Graphology Solutions Group (2008), an internationally award-winning boutique firm specialising in leadership development programs, leadership competency audits, leadership coaching, and change management, where Graphological Analysis is one of the supporting methods for diagnosing leadership competencies. She has worked on projects with HSBC, MBank, Savills, Hays, Bosch, Kinnarps, Descom, ABC Data, Pandora, and political leaders, among other notable clients. She served as a board member of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce (2012-2022) and the Israeli-Polish Chamber of Commerce (2011-2019). She is a C-Level School alumna at European Women on Boards. She has corporate experience in Sweden, Russia, and Poland, working with companies such as Ericsson and Bastion, where she served as a Coordinator and Director of Investment Projects.

Academic lecturer in the areas of e.g. leader development and leadership, organisational value management, business models, change management, cross-cultural management, business ethics, and creative and innovative thinking, marketing strategies at WSB Merito, previously at Civitas University and the WSB Academy. She conducts research on the development of leaders, management board members, and supervisory board members, as well as corporate governance. She navigates agilely in international and cross-cultural environments, having been associated with Scandinavian markets for over 20 years. A polyglot, she works in English, Swedish, Russian, and Polish, and communicates in German and French. Passionate about the horizontal and vertical development of leaders, management board members, supervisory board members, and corporate governance.
