Has experience in various industries including: energy, consulting, automotive, FMCG, education and modern business services.
Worked in companies such as Deloitte, Volvo, Ricoh, Makro Cash & Carry and Mettler- Toledo. In her executive roles she built new structures as well as developed mature organizations. She led projects in Europe, Asia and North America. Expert in effective communication of management teams and in building strong and long lasting relationships with stakeholders. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, a sociologist associated with the Institute of Applied Social Sciences, where she completed her doctoral studies. Participant of postgraduate studies Supervisory Boards for Leaders.
