Małgorzata Czaplicka
Małgorzata Czaplicka is a seasoned investor relations professional with extensive experience in managing corporate communications and maintaining robust relations with investors, bondholders, and rating agencies. Since 2010, she has served as the Investor Relations Director at Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC S.A.), a leading commercial property development and management company in Central and Eastern Europe, where she supervises GTC relations with capital markets for the financial instruments listed on four stock exchanges: the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Budapest Stock Exchange, and Euronext.
At GTC, Małgorzata oversees investor relations,capital structure of the Company by overseeingcapital raising processes and, debt securities. Adfditionally, she serves as companys’Secretary managing the Management Board and Supervisory Board Office. Małgorzata is also responsible for ESG matters and she chairs the Green Bond Committee. She also plays a pivotal role in M&A transactions and securing bank financing.
Prior to joining GTC S.A., Małgorzata gained valuable experience in several leading companies, holding significant roles responsible for the creation and implementation of capital market communication strategies, including:
- Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.: Director of Investor Relations and Director of the Corporate Communications Department.
- TVN S.A.: Manager for Investor Relations and Management Reporting, also overseeing the Treasury Department.
- Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa Sp. z o.o.: Investor Relations Manager, handling bondholder relations, reporting to the US SEC, and implementing the management reporting system.
Małgorzata holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and studied at Deakin University in Warnambool, Australia. She also completed the 'Professional Supervisory Board' postgraduate course at Kozminski University.
Throughout her career, Małgorzata has excelled in building enduring relationships with investors and effectively managing corporate image. Her strategic approach and dedication have significantly bolstered investor confidence and strengthened the market positions of the companies she has served. Her notable accomplishments include managing the issuance processes of EUR 500 million and EUR 160 million Green Bonds, raising over EUR 300 million in various capital issues, and achieving Investment Grade ratings from Fitch Ratings and Scope Ratings. She also led the creation and publication of a pioneering ESG report on the Polish real estate market.
Małgorzata’s efforts have been widely recognized, earning numerous awards for investor relations achievements from industry associations for the companies she has represented, including several accolades for best investor relations.
