Małgorzata Kloka
Malgorzata Kloka is a manager with experience in capital markets, financing, financial analysis and investor relations. She is an independent member of the Rawlplug S.A. Supervisory Board. Since 2018, she has also worked at Benefit Systems Capital Group, where currently, in the role of Finance Director, she is responsible for treasury, financing and investor relations.
In her previous professional role, from 2010 to 2016, she was an equity market analyst at UniCredit/Pekao Investment Banking. She covered consumer and real estate companies; as an analyst, she participated in the IPOs of MLP Group and X-Trade Brokers.
She holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. She is also a graduate of the Professional Supervisory Board postgraduate program at Kozminski University. She serves as a member of the steering committee of 30% Club Poland, a social campaign promoting diversity at board and senior management levels.
