
Małgorzata Wnęk - Kolaska
Małgorzata Wnęk – Kolaska is an experienced manager, senior director in consulting, strategic advisor in the HR area with many years of experience in implementing organizational culture transformation, leadership development at the top management level, and improving and improving personal and organizational effectiveness.
She is an advisor in leadership and Human Capital area with a long career in the largest international consulting companies, such as E&Y, Capgemini, Deloitte, PwC, Korn Ferry.
Her career included, among others, the role of manager and director of consulting projects who managed teams, clients and large project structures. In parallel to developing her consulting business, she developed her project competences as a certified Project Manager and Project Director IPMA level A (International Project Management Association) at level A - the highest, obtained as one of the first two women in Poland.
As an advisor, consultant or mentor, she supports organizations from various industries, advising, among others, companies from the industrial, logistics and technology sectors, family businesses, as well as leading banks, for which she was awarded the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal by the Polish Bank Association in recognition of special merits in the construction and development of the banking sector in Poland.
Speaker, lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Warsaw University of Technology. As part of her volunteer work, she supports the activities of organizations promoting diversity and professional development of women (including Professional Women’s Network, SheXO, Network of Entrepreneurial Women).
Experienced mentor, certified coach and diagnostician in using psychometric diagnostic tools used in leadership development and assessment of qualifications for the highest positions in the organization, within methodologies such as Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership, Korn Ferry Assessment of Potential and Learning Agility, as well as other tools, e.g. Insight Discovery, DISC, MTQ Plus (Resilience and Mental Toughness).
Graduate of the University of Gdańsk, MA in psychology with three specializations - in the field of occupational psychology, educational psychology and clinical psychology. Graduate of postgraduate management studies of the MBA type at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) at the Faculty of Economic Management and at the University of Warsaw (UW) at the Faculty of Law and Administration (labor law).
Currently, he works as a strategic advisor, building the role of an independent member of supervisory boards and improving his qualifications as a participant in training courses and profiled postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology (PW) Business School for Independent Members of Supervisory Boards.
Passionate about consistently promoting the principles of corporate governance and increasing the participation of women in management and supervisory boards as activities that build the company's value, transparency and positive image.
