Mateusz Gromek
Mateusz holds the position of CEO of Final Milestone Corporate Finance, the financial and strategic consulting company specializing in debt & capital advisory as well as mergers & acquisitions.
In his role he acts as the Advisor to the Management Boards and the Supervisory Boards in several Polish companies with revenues of several hundred million PLN each.
Former investment banker in Pekao Investment Banking (UniCredit CAIB) in Poland, HypoVereinsbank in Germany and BPH Bank in Poland. In the years 2007-2020, he supervised and executed various investment banking and structured finance transactions.
He is a graduate of Finance & Banking and Law at the University of Warsaw, as well as Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Mateusz holds FCMA certificate (Fellow Chartered Management Accountant - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and CGMA certificate (Chartered Global Management Accountant - Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
