Michał Rogatko
Michał currently acts as Supervisory Board and Audit Committee Member at Mostostal Zabrze. From 2010 to 2020, he also held a mandate of Supervisory Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman at Rafamet, and Vice-chairman of Supervisory Board Member at Kopex and at Hydrapres.
At the same time, temporarily, he was filling the executive positions in companies, being responsible for M&A. From 1990 to 2010, he held managerial positions in sales and marketing (e.g. Leroy Merlin in France, Oriflame Poland, Kross, Emax/Sygnity), and also held executive positions in Management Boards, being responsible for strategic management and finance.
Michał has a PhD degree in the area of management science. His dissertation covered the area of corporate governance in Poland and was defensed at Management and Finance Faculty at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He graduated also from Stockholm School of Economics (management) and from Leon Koźmiński College in Warsaw (ESG).
He is a lecturer in the area of corporate governance and strategic management in Collegium Civitas (Warsaw), Warsaw University and others.
