Milena Olszewska-Miszuris
Milena is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee at Warsaw Stock Exchange and currently serves as independent supervisory board member and chair of audit committee of STS Holding S.A. as well as supervisory board member and audit committee member at 11 bit studios S.A. Previously, she was an independent supervisory board member and member of audit committees at R22 S.A. and Ten Square Games, at the latter, she was on top chair of the remuneration and nomination committee.
Milena has over 15 years of experience of capital markets. She runs a boutique advisory company WM Advisory Sp. z o.o. supporting managements in value creation, storytelling, financial and non-financial reporting as well as investor relations. For ten years Milena developed her career as an equity analyst at international brokerage houses. She was a multiple times laureate of analysts rankings for her insights and recommendations both in Poland and internationally (e.g. WSE award, Extel survey). She is also a Co-Founder and Co-Chair of 30% Club Poland, a social campaign promoting diversity at corporate boards and C-level.
She holds three international designations: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FSA Credential (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) awarded by SASB (Value Creation Foundation). She is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics.
