
Mirosław Janik
Mirosław Janik is a graduate of the International Directors Program – Corporate Governance at INSEAD, the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, the EMBA program at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, as well as SGH (Warsaw School of Economics) and the Cracow University of Economics.
He is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of companies listed on the New Connect market: OZE Capital SA, Solar Innovation SA, Sundragon SA, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of Virtual Power Plant Sp. z o.o., which operates outside the public market. He serves as the CEE Director of Cleantech for CEE, an organization founded by Breakthrough Energy and the Clean Air Fund. Additionally, he is a member of the Investment Committee of the VC Fund FundingBox Deep Technology and a Board Member of the International Leaders Forum Foundation.
He is an entrepreneur running his own consulting office, supporting startups, scale-ups, large international corporations, and multicultural companies by helping them create their own organizational culture and strategy. At the same time, he is an investor, mentor, and fundraiser.
Mirosław Janik is an expert in building competitive advantages through strong foundations based on Corporate Governance principles.
He began his career in the Optimus S.A. Group, where he served as CFO of Optimus IC S.A. and President of the Management Board of Optimus IC Soft S.A. From 2000 to 2018, he was closely associated with the Wincor Nixdorf A.G. Group, holding the positions of CEO in Poland, Russia, and Ukraine, as well as Vice President responsible for the entire CEE market. Since 2022, he has focused his interests on the renewable energy sector, serving as CEO of Polenergia Fotowoltaika S.A. and CEO of Polska Grupa Fotowoltaiczna S.A., listed on the main stock exchange.
