Monika Brzózka

A seasoned CFO, proxy, and board member, Monika is a specialist in operations management, accounting, and finance. Her career includes leadership roles in international media and advertising groups such as VML (part of WPP) and Dentsu Aegis Network PLC, where she oversaw finance and operations. She has successfully led numerous complex projects, including M&A transactions (including earnouts), corporate restructuring, and ERP system implementations in multinational corporations. As an Interim Manager, she has supported companies in preparing for financial audits and due diligence processes, notably preparing Heureka Group for acquisition by WPP and Concept Data S.A. for acquisition by Integrity Partners.
Monika holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Statistics from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and an MBA from Kozminski University, where she also completed postgraduate studies in International Accounting Standards, a Certified Corporate Governance Manager program, and MBA studies.
She is actively involved in social initiatives as a mentor in Vital Voices programs (LeadersIN, Global Mentoring Walk) and the Foundation of Business Leaders. She is the co-founder and board member of Ghost Diving Poland, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing ghost nets from the oceans. She also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Association of Interim Managers SIM and a member of European Women on Boards (EWOB).
