Paulina Strugała

Is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She holds a Practising Certificate and Audit Qualification issued by an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a title of Executive MBA certified by the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris and University of Bristol. She is also a graduate of Advanced Management Program of IESE Business School, part of University of Navarra.

She began her professional career in 1995 at KPMG Warsaw office, moving up the career ladder and reaching the position of Director specializing in audit and assurance services provided to polish financial sector entities. In December 2006 she started working for PKO/Credit Suisse TFI S.A. (present PKO TFI) as Managing Director responsible for investment fund operations. Between years 2010 - 2018 she held a position of the Director of Internal Audit function of PKO Bank Polski S.A. and the Capital Group.

In April 2018 she was nominated Vice President, acting CEO of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and in June 2018 with a due approval from the UKNF - President of the Management Board of the Bank. She stayed within this role till September 2021.

Between 2018 and 2021 she also served as a Supervisory Board Member of PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. In the course of her career she has been responsible, among many, for auditing financial statements, providing advisory services in the field of accounting and financial reporting, creating strategies and solutions as well as assessments of internal control and risk management systems and day to day business management, execution of goals, budgets and strategies
