Paweł Ziółkowski
Paweł Ziółkowski is a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a global advisory firm specialising in business transformation, restructuring and operational performance improvement. He advises management teams and shareholders of infrastructure and industrial companies on strategy, financing, M&A transactions and operational improvement programmes.
He began his career in London investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Barclays, followed by Santander Investment Banking, where he worked on structuring financings and advised on transactions across the infrastructure, energy, industrials and transport sectors. He later served as a Manager at Altman Solon, advising private equity funds and strategic investors on commercial due diligence, market entry strategies and operational improvement of telecom and digital infrastructure assets, including fibre networks and data centres.
Paweł Ziółkowski currently serves as an independent Supervisory Board and Audit Committee Member at Mo-Bruk S.A., supporting the company in the areas of financing, capital structure and risk management.
He holds degrees in Finance & Accounting and Quantitative Methods in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
