Piotr Dziwok
Piotr is an independent supervisory board member for ML System and the Honorary President of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), the pan-European organization grouping 250 companies totaling 200,000 people in Poland alone and is the Chair of the ABSL Advisory Board. Piotr is also a coach and mentor for Wise & Young – the development program for senior leaders as well as a moderator for CEOs development meetings with CEO Roundtable.
Since mid-2023, he has headed up his European-based consulting business. Piotr is a specialist in business transformation and business development for energy companies, with significant C-suite experience encompassing stakeholder engagement up to national governmental level. Piotr has successful track record of creating new business models supported by robust risk-management expertise to deliver significant cost savings and added-value services. He is recognised expert in the field of business services.
Piotr’s multicultural and multilingual experience includes chair / board membership of organisations in Poland, South America, Malaysia and Russia, with additional projects across Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Piotr has also managed regional organisations in Europe, South America and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
In his last jobs Piotr was a Board Director of GSK Poland and VP for GSK’s Global and Tech Hubs, the President of the Board & Country Chairman of Shell companies in Poland and before those the President of the board of Shell Chemicals North East Europe.
In addition to his corporate roles, He was Vice-chairman of Polish National Oil Products Association and a member of the United Nations Global Compact Network Poland Program Council. As a promoter of modern education, Piotr has experience as a Member of the Off School Board - an organization supporting entrepreneurship of high school students; speaker at the Absolvent group – the organizer of student work fairs. He is also a guest lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, University of Economics in Krakow and the AGH University of Science and Technology.
Piotr is a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow and Katowice. He completed the elite MBA managerial program at the Carlson School of Minnesota and whilst at Shell was a student at IMD Business School in Lausanne. Recently Piotr is a student of Advisory Boards for Leaders postgraduate course at Warsaw University of Technology. He studied at Moscow University of Technology.
