Piotr Kazimierski
Piotr Kazimierski is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in managing international businesses across Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, and Western Europe. His career encompasses business transformation and process optimization, crisis management, and business development across diverse ownership structures.
He began his career as a licensed stockbroker, spending more than a decade in the capital markets working for leading brokerage houses and international banks, including Bank Austria and Société Générale. Later, at CitiGold, he was responsible for developing investment product offerings for premium clients. After his career in finance, he served as CEO of PHZ Baltona S.A., a publicly listed company, where he was particularly responsible for international expansion, digital transformation, and operational optimization.
Currently, Piotr runs his own advisory practice, where he manages greenfield ventures, leads optimization projects, and provides strategic advisory services to companies across various sectors. He is also the co-founder of Mirai Vision, a startup offering AI computer vision solutions for businesses and public institutions.
Piotr is a practitioner. His approach to business is based on direct involvement in operations, close collaboration with teams, and a deep understanding of the factors that drive organizational effectiveness. His “hands-on” management style enables him to quickly identify problems, implement effective improvements, and inspire employees by emphasizing the importance of cooperation and shared responsibility. He holds a degree in Maritime Transport from the Maritime University of Szczecin and a degree in Financial Management from the West Pomeranian Business School. He is also a licensed stockbroker.
