I specialize in digital transformation, data governance, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity across the financial services and e-commerce sectors. I’ve held leadership roles at companies such as mPay, Bank Pocztowy, Accenture, Al-Rajhi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, BNP Paribas, Marsh McLennan, and PKO Bank Polski.
I have led international transformation programs covering strategy, implementation, and target operating model design. I’ve been responsible for the full delivery lifecycle—from budgeting and execution to regulatory compliance. I have hands-on experience implementing frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, the AI Act, and guidance from local regulators.
I boost organizations in shaping and executing technology driven market strategies. My work is grounded in sound business fundamentals, professional relationships, and compliance-by-design. I also provide mentoring and teach at the University of Warsaw.
