Piotr Krawczyński
Piotr Krawczyński serves as the CEO of DeA Capital Real Estate Poland, part of a leading Italian investment fund management company specializing in commercial real estate investments. Prior to assuming this role, he was Head of Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Previously, he spent nearly 18 years with the Kulczyk Group / Kulczyk Investments – a Polish investment holding company – where he was responsible for the entire commercial real estate segment and earlier participated in large-scale M&A transactions. He played a key role in the creation and development of Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties – a joint venture between the Kulczyk Group and New York-based Silverstein Properties, Inc., where he held the position of Managing Director.
During his time at Kulczyk Investments, he was also involved in corporate governance, serving on numerous supervisory boards, including: TUnZ Warta Vita, Warta TFI, Auto Flota Polska, Mobitel, Energia, Trust Invest, and Bengodi Finance, as well as project companies.
He has also served as a supervisory board member at Kino Świat (2019–2024), Larq (2008–2020), and NextBike Polska (2017–2019).
In 2016, he earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, and since 2023, he has served pro bono as a real estate expert at the National Chamber of Commerce in Poland.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, complemented by extensive practice in private equity and M&A.
