Piotr Skrzyński
Piotr Skrzyński is a graduate of the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow (1992), MBA on economics at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Bretagne in Brest (France1993 ) and MBA of Ernst & Young High School of Economics -SGH in Warsaw (2007).
Piotr Skrzyński has started his professional career in France at Merlin Gerin in the Central and Eastern Europe Department, which, since 1993, he has continued to work as a Marketing Director of Merlin Gerin in Poland. After acquisition of Merlin Gerin by Schneider Electric in the year 1995, Piotr Skrzyński has taken the responsibilities of the marketing director, strategy director and finally development director at Schneider Electric Polska, which was the Polish branch of this international company in the scope of the Central and Easter Europe area.
In 2003 he was appointed managing director of Vatech Polska, the Polish branch of the Austrian concern specializing in the end-to-end power engineering solutions. In the period 2004-2007, he was the Vice President of the Management Board in the public company Apator S.A. in Toruń responsible for the sales and company development as well as providing support in building the technological and capital group.
Between the years 2007 and 2009 as the Vice President of the multimedia company TRIAS S.A. he was in charge of the restructuring process and the organization of its assets and ROI optimization.
In the years 2009-2017, Piotr Skrzyński was the President of the Management Board of Protektor S.A. in Lublin, where has realised the restructuration process of the company to develop the export change the profile of the branches in Germany, France, Czech and Moldova. In the years 2018-2020, Piotr Skrzyński was the director of strategy and development in APS Energy S.A., where has realised the rebuilding and support process of this Group in the financial, process and organisation field both on the local and export markets.
Since 2020 year has been cooperated with the Capital Group PGE S.A. , where in the companies PGE Systemy S.A. (IT) and PGE Obrót S.A. (electrical energy business) as a Vice President of the Board is in charge of restructuration and rebuilding of the strategic projects in the key fields of their activity.
His crucial skills, which has collected during many years of professional activity, especially in the management and the business development and restructuration of the local and foreign companies, are used by Him as a member of the supervisory boards. He has been member of the supervisory boards and the audit committees in the following companies: Abeba (Germany/France), Apator Control, Apator KFAP, Diesse Diagnostica Senese (Italy), Harper Hygienic, Herkules, Orphee (Swiss), Pafal czy Sygnity. Currently is the independent member of the supervisory board in the public company Mo Bruk S.A.
