Piotr Wielgomas

Born in Warsaw on 11th Dec 1968. Married, three children. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Law Faculty. Alumni of several professional scholarships in USA and UK i.e. at the Nottingham Trent University.

He is a founder, majority shareholder and Managing Partner of BIGRAM SA (www.bigram.pl). the firm which is present on the Polish market for 30 years and is successfully focused on executive search, and recruiting for senior and experts positions. BIGRAM also runs HR consulting projects, including Assessment / Development Center, 360 Feedback and outplacement.

BIGRAM is the exclusive Polish partner of two renowned global networks: IIC Partners Executive Search (www.iicpartners.com), and Career Star Group ( www.careerstargroup.com). He has been holding position of the Board Member in IIC Partners for several years. BIGRAM is also the Polish partner of Enactus (www.enactus.pl) the biggest international entrepreneurship project for students, present in 40 countries at 1700 universities. The Project is focused on innovation, CSR and ESG.

His personal experience in Supervisory Boards is extensive and related to many organizations i.e. municipal in Warsaw: Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Ogrodniczych – Municipal Gardening Company / MPRO, Palace of Culture and Science / PKiN, and other state companies i.e. Bud Bank national mortgage bank, taken over in 2002 by BGK. He has also passed official exam for Supervisory Board Members in state owned companies organized by Minister of Treasury.

At present he is active as Vice President of the Supervisory Board of production company MIKROSTYK SA located in Gniew.

On the top on his professional activities, he is Vice President of Stowarzyszenie Kolekcjonerów Historycznych Papierów Wartościowych – Association of Collectors of Historical Securities / run by Leszek Koziorowski – partner in Gessel law firm (www.historycznapapiery.pl).

He has been also co-founder and co-creator of quite unique and spectacular project – Maquette of pre-war Warsaw as of 1939 (www.makietawarszawy39.pl), together with great Polish actor Emilian Kaminski, located in Teatr Kamienica.
