Rafał Wyszomierski
Rafał has nearly 30 years of experience in finance, reporting, corporate governance, organizational transformation and management. He has worked for large private capital groups and a global consulting firm. He has overseen the reporting of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and ensured compliance with bond agreements for both international and domestic investors. He has participated in working meetings of the audit committee of the supervisory board of a public company. His achievements include securing debt financing on international and domestic markets, share buybacks, and implementing share-based incentive programs for the management of a public company. He has held management board positions in several organizations, including Green Holding (FMCG, ultra-fresh production, logistics) since 2020, Black Red White (furniture production and sales) from 2015 to 2019, Legia Warszawa (football club) from 2011 to 2015, and TVN (media, pay-TV, entertainment) from 2004 to 2010. He was also a supervisory board member of Grupa Onet and other companies within the TVN Group.
From 1994 to 2004, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw and Luxembourg, including Group Manager role in the audit department for financial services sector companies.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Electronics) and holds MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in collaboration with London Business School, HEC Paris, and the Norwegian School of Economics. He has also participated in postgraduate studies on supervisory boards for leaders. He holds ACCA (FCCA) certification.
