Robert Jasiński

(Member of the Audit Committee), Member of the Supervisory Boards: AB Orlen Lietuva (Lithuania), Orlen Upstream Sp. z o.o. and Petrolot sp. z o.o. Member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee at Unipetrol a.s (Czech Republic).
He has over 25 years of experience in the following industries: oil and energy / petrochemical, telecommunications, railway infrastructure, medical and business advisory/ audit (Price Waterhouse). He co-created and implemented strategies for increasing the value of capital groups in PKN Orlen, Orange, Netia, Track Tec, Corten through: organic growth and operational excellence, development investment programs, acquisitions, operational integrations, business transformations, optimizations and restructuring.
A graduate of the University of Lodz in the field of Economic Cybernetics and Computer Science and a participant of the TEMPUS program of the University of Nijmegen and HEAO Arnhem. He holds international CGMA (FCMA) and ACCA certificates. Member of the Regional Advisory Panel for the Board of CIMA Europe. Nominated for the Top 7 CIMA Mentors in Europe in 2021.
