Sebastian Kwaśny

Capital market participant since 1994. Investor with 25 years of experience in the establishment and development of technology startups, including joint-stock companies like Comarch and Selvita.
In 2011-2016, he was associated with the Selvita group, where he held the function of Member of the Management Board of Selvita S.A., listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2015-2016, co-founder and Vice President of the Management Board of Ardigen S.A., a spin-off joint-stock company of the Selvita group. In the years 1998-2010 he was associated with the international IT group Comarch, where he served as Executive Vice President as well as a member of management and supervisory boards of Comarch S.A. subsidiaries.
In the years 2019-2021, co-founder, Vice President of the Management Board and currently a member of the Audit Committee of the Blockchain Experts Association. Co-founder of the Association of Artificial Intelligence Association.AI. From 2010, a member of the Association of Individual Investors.
A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He holds the title of Master of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University. He completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Academy of Leon Kozminski in Warsaw. A graduate of the course for candidates for Members of Supervisory Boards of State Treasury Companies. He is a member of the Program Council and is a guest lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies "Blockchain: Business, Law, Technology" at the Warsaw School of Economics.
