Seweryn Kubicki
A founding member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. An Independent Supervisory Board Member at Ferro, Erbud, and Instal Kraków (Audit Committee Member). From 2020 to 2023, he was a Supervisory Board Member at Libet.
He gained professional experience in Polish owner-operated companies and international corporations (Lafarge). In 2005, he joined the Kolporter Capital Group, where he served as a CFO of Kolporter Service. In 2008, he became part of the Cersanit Capital Group, where he was responsible, among other things, for building international controlling structures and later joined the executive committee, overseeing the Sales Support area. In 2012, as a CFO of Trakt S.A., he successfully carried out the company’s restructuring. From 2013 to 2016, he was the CEO of MAC Group. In 2017, he began collaborating with private equity funds (Bounty Brands and ACP), serving as CFO at Profi S.A., a portfolio company. Most recently, he has been associated with Wirtualna Polska Holding, where he serves as CFO of the portfolio company Selsey.
He is a graduate of Management and Marketing, the Executive MBA at Kozminski University, and the Management™ Program at the ICAN Institute.
