An expert with nearly 25 years of experience gained in renowned international consulting firms and financial institutions. He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, and then joined the KBC Group, where he played a key role in advising and overseeing the management of the largest banking and insurance institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and Belgium.
He specializes in business consulting, including advanced financial analysis, creating and implementing corporate strategies, restructuring, cost and process optimization, increasing sales effectiveness, and developing international cooperation.
He has experience serving on the supervisory boards of publicly listed companies, state-owned enterprises and private firms. He has carried out projects in various industries, with the most important being finance, consulting, production, energy, real estate, trade and IT.
Sports are his true passion, and numerous successes in various disciplines are the best proof of this. He won the title of Vice-World Amateur Champion in Golf in Malaysia (2017). Football: a two-time Polish Academic Champion (1995, 1997) and captain of the INSEAD football team. In alpine skiing, he won a bronze medal at the Polish Academic Championships in giant slalom (1998). A ski instructor for 30 years. He is also an experienced sailor (skipper) and an avid tennis player – he won the amateur tennis league in Warsaw and triumphed in several tennis tournaments.
