Wojciech Golak
An independent member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of Grupa Kęty S.A. and Robyg S.A., and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Grupa Kęty S.A.
Wojciech is an attorney-at-law and runs his own law firm. Previously, he worked with the Polish branch of the Belgian brokerage house KBC Securities N.V., successively as a lawyer, legal advisor, representative and liquidator. He also worked as a lawyer in the law firm M.Furtek i Wspólnicy.
He is a graduate in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics and the American Law Center at the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He is currently a participant of the Doctoral Seminar in Law at the Koźmiński University, where he is preparing his doctoral dissertation, the thesis of which is Financing the Restructuring Process.
