Senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience spanning corporate finance, capital markets and corporate governance. His career has encompassed banking, private equity, corporate finance and service as an Independent Non-Executive Director of listed companies. Since 1994, he has been actively involved in the development of the Polish capital market, working with businesses at every stage of their development – from start-ups and high-growth companies to mature privately owned enterprises and companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He has held senior executive, including C-level, positions with responsibility for finance, strategy and investments. His professional experience includes management roles at one of Poland’s largest banks, international private equity investment projects, and executive finance and leadership positions across companies operating in a broad range of manufacturing and service industries.
Throughout his career, he has led and advised on capital raising, public offerings, stock exchange listings, delisting and corporate transformation projects.
From 2015 onwards, he was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of listed companies, including Kredyt Inkaso, Libet, Polnord, Lentex, Krynicki Recykling, Qumak and Artifex Mundi.
He is a co-founder of the Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors and has served on its Management Board since 2019. He focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, advanced technologies and data analytics to enhance corporate finance and executive decision-making.
He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Gdańsk and completed postgraduate studies in AI in Finance and Controlling at Kozminski University.
