Independent Member of the Supervisory and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board also Chairman of the Audit Committee at "Lentex". In the years 2015-2022, he was an Independent Member of Supervisory Boards and Audit Committees in listed companies: Kredyt-Inkaso, Qumak, Krynicki Recykling, Libet, Artifex Mundi and Polnord.
Financial Director at Forever Entertainment S.A., a fast-growing gamedev company listed on the alternative market of the WSE, since 2019. Responsible, inter alia, for finance and financial reporting of the Company and its companies and conducts capital and financial projects. President of the Management Board of Zenit Management, a business consulting company in the field of structuring finance and investor relations.
He has been associated with the capital market in Poland since 1994. He held management functions in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also worked as a manager in the controlling department of Bank Pekao SA and in an international private equity fund conducting investments outside Poland.
He is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the University of Gdańsk. In addition, he has completed several courses and trainings related to the implementation of professional tasks.
