Filip Paszke
A graduate of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań in the field of Management and Marketing and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
In the period 1999-2012 he worked for Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy and then with Dom Maklerski BZ WBK, where he co-created the institutional sales team.
From 2009, he was a member of the management board of Dom Maklerski BZ WBK responsible for institutional sales, analyzes and transactions on the capital market.
From January 2013, at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking as Director of Equity Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the development of activities on these markets, as well as for relations with clients in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
In the years 2014 - 2019, Director of the PKO Bank Polski Brokerage House, supervising the activities of the PKO BP Group on capital markets, including services for institutional and retail investors, equity research, ECM, M&A and proprietary trading activities of PKO Brokerage. From 2018 to 2019, he was also the Director of the Private Banking Center of PKO BP.
Since 2022, he has been associated with the Żabka Group, where, as the Director, he is responsible for governance and relations with the capital market.
In 2017-2023, an independent member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board. From 2020, an independent member of the Supervisory Board of NWAI Dom Maklerski S.A. and DataWalk Sa, from 2022 acting as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
In his 25+ years of professional career, he has participated in over 80 transactions on the Polish capital market.
