Jacek Matyjasik
Jacek has over 25 years of experience in banking, insurance, corporate and bank finance. Occupied key positions in corporate banking of ING Bank and finance in PKN ORLEN and PKO Bank, managed captive insurance company: ORLEN Insurance.
Completed a number of structured finance transactions, bond issues locally , including debut issue of corporate bonds issued for private investors in Poland and Eurobonds. Introduced commodity hedging, international cash pools and centralized finance management area. Currently ,responsible for strategic finance in privately owned CERRAD Group. Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, banking and finance and MBA holder from Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota.
