Katarzyna Kazior
Katarzyna Kazior is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems S.A. She also works as a business advisor for Private Equity funds, Last Mile Experts, and private companies, and also serves as a scale-up and start-up mentor.
From 2016 to 2021, she also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the company Zdrowegeny.pl sp. z o.o. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School, London School of Economics, and Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed the international CEMS Masters in Management program.
She has extensive experience in the Retail and e-Commerce sectors. From 2015 to 2018, she served as the CEO of Frisco.pl, the largest online supermarket in Poland, and from 2018 to 2019, she held the position of Director of Digital Transformation at Żabka Polska. Katarzyna began her career at McKinsey&Company, a leading global strategic consulting firm.
