Paweł Padusiński
Pawel Padusinski is currently a Supervisory Board member at Allegro, one of the largest European e- commerce players listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Between 2005 and 2023 he worked at MidEuropa – one of the largest Private Equity funds focused on Central and Eastern Europe.
Between 2014-2023 he was a Partner and Head of the Warsaw office responsible for origination, execution and monitoring of investments and member of the Investment Committee.
While at MidEuropa he was sitting on multiple boards of Polish and international companies in the US, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania: Allegro (e-commerce), Displate (e-commerce), Hortex (FMCG), JS Hamilton (testing, inspection and certification), Diagnostyka (laboratory services), Norican (manufacturing), Alpha Medical (laboratory services), Bite (telecommunication), Luxmed (healthcare).
Between 2021 and 2023 acted as Board member at PSIK, the Polish Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital. In 2018 received Person of The Year Award from PSIK. In 2017 and 2021 recognized by receiving Real Deals Future 40 Investment Leaders Award.
Between 2002 and 2005 worked for PwC, initially in the financial institutions’ audit department followed by corporate finance department.
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, he also studied at HANKEN, the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki, Finland. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
In his spare time he is involved in charity work both as a Board member of Valores, the first Polish venture philanthropy fund as well as mentor working with non-governmental organizations in PSIK SBA (Social Business Accelerator) project.
Long distance runner, marathoner and ultramarathoner always trying to improve his PB (2:57:43 at marathon). Married, 3 daughters.
