Piotr Prażmo
In 2017-2020, he was an Independent Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), serving as the Secretary of the Exchange Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and was also a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Regulation and Corporate Governance Committee. ACCA certificate in 2002 (FCCA in 2007).
He has 25-years of professional experience, primarily in the field of management, finance and audit.
Since 2007, he has held the position of a Member of the Management Board, CFO in charge of Operations & Finance, IT, and Risk and Compliance at the Erste Securities Polska S.A. brokerage house. In 1997-2007, he worked at Deloitte Audit in Financial Institutions Audit Department, including 2003-2005 at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York.
Since 2014, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Chamber of Securities Brokers (IDM). In the years 2011-2014, he cooperated with the Accounting and Taxation Institute as a member of the chapter of „The Best Annual Report” contest. In 2017-2023, Chairman of the Program Board of the Annual Conference of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses.
Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics, major: Information Technology. In 1997, he completed an MBA study at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, and in 2021 he completed postgraduate studies in Business.AI: Technology, Law, Application of Artificial Intelligence at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the advanced management program at Hult Ashridge Business School.
