Włodzimierz Kocon
Włodek currently is an independent advisor on financial and investment markets and on the real estate market.
In the period 2016 – 2022 he was a Vicepresident of the Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego where he supervised the Bank’s activities in the area of debt financing provided to companies and local governments as well as financing through state Funds.
In 2018 he served as the President of PFR TFI S.A. Supervisory Board and prior to that member of the BGK Nieruchomości S.A. Supervisory Board. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Fundusz Inwestycji Samorządowych FIZAN (Local Government Investment Fund).
Earlier he was President of the Board of BGK Nieruchomości S.A. and served as a Director of Real Estate Sector Office of PZU Asset Management/TFI PZU where he managed real estate investment funds of the PZU Group. He was also Development Director of SPVs which developed office and hotel projects.
Włodek graduated from SGPiS (now: SGH) and Warsaw University of Technology Business School (Executive MBA)..
